Term 1

As the seasons change, warm, sunny days will become shorter and dark nights longer, as well as our shadows. We will celebrate mother nature and our phototropic selfs immersed in it. We will explore the paradoxical wonders of Light and Shadows

In Drama our beautiful and talented Bianca will light the way towards the creation of magical Shadow Theatre. We will explore the skills of creative writing, story telling, science, art, music and acting. There’ll be a delightful presentation on the 29th of May. It will be a more intimate and homey performance and by the end of it everyone will take their theatrical creations home to enjoy just as everything slows down and curls in for the winter.

Our polymath - Aviva will lead us into the the deeper understanding of the magnificent and fascinating world of Light and Shadows. We will incorporate many learning areas into this project: physics, chemistry, biology, geometry, art, poetry, colour theory, psychology, history and more. Get ready for some mind blowing and expansive explorations.

Also, I’m extremely excited to welcome a wonderful addition to our Sage program. Pam is an experienced and talented music/singing teacher. We will explore the power of our voices and aim towards creating/writing beautiful songs together.

Sage team is very excited to welcome you all into the new year of fun, learning and explorations. Let’s light up our hearts and make some wonderful memories!
